On November 3, 2025 I had spine surgery on my L2 to my L5 what was a fusion, I was having neuropathy pain in my legs really bad so I was recommended to Doctor Bajwa and three months after my surgery I was released to my normal acShow moretivities I was very pleased with the outcome of my surgery I had to do it again, for anyone out there that is having back issues don’t hesitate call Dr. Bajwa and you will be please also thank you for giving my life back to me.
Dr. Saini is a very caring doctor who wants his patients to feel their very best. He asks a lot of questions, sends patients to get mri's, xrays, or ct's, tests and updated ones in order to make the best decisions he can for treatShow morements. Dr. Saini has a wonderful bedside manner! He truly listens too his patients. He is caring, funny, and professional. You can tell he loves his chosen profession.
Vikramjeet (Vik) Saini, MD, is dual board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management. At Advanced Pain Management, located throughout Arizona, Dr. Saini provides a comprehensive physiatric approach to treating pain with the goal of restoring and maximizing function.
He completed his residency at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and his fellowship at the University of Rochester in upstate New York. Dr. Saini has also spent time training at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Hospital for Special Surgery, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and Temple University Hospital.
Dr. Saini offers a multimodal approach that has been proven to be effective in treating chronic pain. This is a personalized approach to pain management that includes medication(s), physical rehabilitation, lifestyle changes, psychology, advanced pain interventions, surgery (when warranted), and complementary and alternative medicine in various combinations.
He is well trained in a variety of interventional techniques to treat the spine, peripheral joints, and other causes of chronic pain. This includes newer minimally invasive techniques that can prevent surgery, such as lumbar spinal stenosis decompression, sacroiliac joint fusion, and spinal cord stimulation implantation. He believes it is a very exciting time for pain management as technology continues to advance and looks forward to providing his patients with these cutting-edge developments.
In his free time, Dr. Saini enjoys playing a variety of sports, including basketball and tennis. As a Wisconsin native, he is a proud Green Bay Packers fan and can be seen watching the games wearing his cheese head. He loves spending time with his wife and two children and traveling the world.

Dr. Saudi Is a great doctor he makes it where your mind is somewhere else when he gives shots and you don’t even feel the shots that he gives you. I’ve been going to him for years when I need things taken care .He is a great doctor you don’t need anesthesia when he’s taking care of you. You don’t feel anything just great care thank you.

Receptionist was rude! But Dr Saini & Nurses were very polite!
Yesterday I I got a shot in my lower spine and after 1 1/2 later it was hurting.

I would highly recommend Dr. Saini. His consultation was very thorough and I felt very honest. I was referred to him for a procedure that was recommended by other providers that after the consultation, it was very evident that that was not the best solution for me. These are good doctors and Advance Pain Management.
Very profestal
I appreciated Dr Bajwa straight forward with what he was going to me . He performed the surgery, then after recovery was in my room. Nurse came into my room, we going for a walk. I stood up and asked nurse to wait. Nurse said are you okay, happy to say that I can feel my feet on the floor. Thank you all for doing excellent work.
