Violetta Melkum FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Interventional Pain Management.
Originally from Colorado, Violet’s undergraduate training began at Metropolitan State University where she double-majored in Biology and Organic Chemistry. She then went on to complete another Bachelors in Nursing, as well as obtaining her Masters degree in Nursing Leadership in Healthcare Administration. She then went on to obtain a Post-Masters degree, earning her Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
She has worked in areas including Emergency Medicine and Radiology, as well as teaching Nursing programs at a local University.
She is trained in identifying and implementing intervention pain management treatments, and is currently providing care to patients at Integrated Pain Consultants in Scottsdale, Arizona.
In her spare time, Violet enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, traveling, cooking, and catching up on the latest reality TV.

I’ve been a patient for 9 years and I am so grateful for Dr. Seth. As a senior you will relate: first it was my hip, then my back, an ongoing problem, then my bursitis, all of which Dr. Seth relieved me of my pains. Life is not pleasant with ongoing pain and Dr.Seth has hands of gold. The entire office is compromised of lovely people, always making me feel comfortable. I sing his praises all the time. Life is too short to live with pain.
Every single time I have immediate questions on the day of my procedure, Dr. Seth NEVER disappoints!! He is ALWAYS thorough in his descriptive explanation(s), up to and including, remembering which patient he is actually helping, regardless on whether he's looking at the patients’ e-profile or not. Lastly, there has also been a couple of times that I can remember, (during sedation recovery), when I’ve heard Dr. Seth’s voice come over to my bedside in the presence of the other recovery team nurses, to ensure that I was doing alright after a more specific, invasive procedure that I may NOT necessarily have experienced yet, and/or, that I originally had expressed my anxieties about!! Thank you again, Dr Seth. :)

I am so thankful that Dr. Seth is treating my severe neuropathy pain, which I have suffered with since finishing chemo. I’ve been to countless neuropathy “specialists” … yet until finding Dr. Seth I had no pain relief and no hope. Dr. Seth and his staff really care!

Dr Seth keep up the amazing work after you made multiple changes to your M. A .crew. They actually listen and seem to care.
The visits are quick and constructive, taking extra time with me if needed. My appointments for injections, such as epidurals, are so professional and the nurses are very kind. They really want to know how I am. The treatment patients receive with this practice is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Dr. Seth was very personable and really took the time to listen to all my health issues. He was easy to talk to and explained all my options. Unfortunately I was very turned off by the horrible attitude and first impression of his nurse who we had first contact with before our meeting with Dr. Seth. Her attitude she gave us was like we were bothering her by being there, very unfriendly and definitely no compassion. Dr. Seth is great and I look forward to his care.

I highly recommend Dr Seth . He is truly working on pain management and fixing the problem . I know that when I need relief, he is there to help me fix the problem. It's great to know there is a quality pain management doctor right here in Scottsdale .Dr. Seth has been treating me for 7 years now, he has helped me manage my pain with epidurals to my lower back and neck,Dr.Seth Takes the time to listen to my concerns, He goes over and beyond for me, I could not ask for a better doctor.

I would recommend him to anyone that asks. He is one of the few doctors I trust with his decisions on recommendations for better pain relief. The office personnel are friendly and most helpful, I feel comfortable going to their office as they are always polite and respectful of our time and patient with our needs.
