My minor cysts removal went extremely quickly. I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in promptly. There were 2 folks ahead of me but the wait wasn’t long. I was ushered into the exam room, answered pertinent questions Show moreasked by the nurse and she proceeded to prepare the site. When she was done, the Dr came, explained what he was going to do, asked if I had questions and proceeding with the task at hand. Everything went smoothly, they verified I felt alright, gave me instructions for care and then went onto what I assume was their next appt. The nurse then cleaned the area up and applied a topical ointment to help healing and I scheduled my next appt for stitches removal. Very straight forward and smooth.
Dr. Vekaria was very pleasant and clearly knows exactly what she is doing. I also appreciated her confidence in putting me at ease that this is a minor thing and can be addressed. I was a bit turned off at just how nonchalantly shShow moree said “I do this everyday and this is no big deal.” No matter if it is just “no big deal” you just told me I probably have cancer. It’s a big deal to me. Try have a bit better bedside manners.

Dr. Waxweiler completed his undergraduate degree with honors at Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, which he attended on a full scholarship. During his undergraduate studies, Dr. Waxweiler worked on a medical study-abroad trip in Kikuyu, Kenya, where he developed a desire to practice medicine.
Dr. Waxweiler earned his medical degree with honors at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He studied melanoma at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Doris Duke Fellow before moving to Denver, Colorado, to complete his internship at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center. To finalize his education, Dr. Waxweiler moved to California to complete a dermatologic residency at the University of California, Irvine, where he gained extensive experience with cosmetics, pediatric dermatology, and skin cancer.
To continue learning about the latest medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology developments, Dr. Waxweiler has authored many articles in scientific journals, textbook chapters, and dermatologic symposium abstracts. He uses the knowledge gained from this valuable research to better assist his patients.
Dr. Waxweiler enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, traveling, and reading when he’s not at work.

This is by far the best dermatology practice in Geotgia, maybe the whole USA. The staff are all very nice, friendly, proffessional and caring. Dr. Waxweiler is awesome. He spends the time needed to solve your problem and is very compassionate. He has a sincere desire to help his patients and make their lives better. You won't find a better doctor anywhere.

Dr Waxweiler Is an amazing doctor, That can establish chemistry with you in about one minute. After he sees you, you come away, knowing that you're glad you came to see him a clever medical group. My jaw was broken at birth via forceps used regularly during the 1950's. For nearly 70 years, I have been embarrassed because of crocked smile from birth accident and would rarely smile for photos. Dr Waxweiler fixed my smile with botox to even my smile and for the first time since elementary school, I am proud of my smile!

Dr. Waxweiler is warm and welcoming! As a new patient, the wait wasn't long at all - probably less than 10 minutes. When I was in the room for a full body scan, he was very efficient and shared appropriate feedback. He also addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner and had a 'no-judgment' attitude. 10/10 for wait-time, professionalism, openness, efficiency, and attitude!
