William "Brad" Sloan, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Honeycomb Medical Group, located in Memphis, Tennessee, and branches in Holly Springs, Mississippi, with more than a decade of experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

In addition to his clinical work, Brad serves as an adjunct clinical instructor at Christian Brothers University, where he mentors nursing students through hands-on training and academic guidance. He is an active member of the American Nurses Association and the Mississippi Nurses Association and has been recognized for his leadership, including being named Nurse of the Month during his time at Merit Health.

Had nurse call me to their office just to tell me to go to the ER with no new information. Could have just said that on the phone. I was Told on phone $20 copay and when I arrived told they don’t take my insurance. X ray tech had left for the day and they were unable to do anything. Just waiting for the bill…..

I am IMMUNE COMPROMISED and now I’ve missed a dose due to lack of employees capability to properly get insurance pre approval . This has been Awful experience with trying to transition from a previous provider to deal with my A1c medications. I highly DO NOT SUGGEST relying on them to communicate back by any means registering refills , insurance or appointments. I’ve literally had blue cross call and not get any answer as well but leaving them explicit instructions and direct contact info for the person who coordinates Dr Norris’ medications and nothing but a run around and now I am sitting here shaking in anger due to missing medication dosage . I plan to go to their office tomorrow on poplar avenue and not leave until this is resolved .
