I will no longer be a patient with this lady Not only does she violate hippa by letting college students listen In to our conversations without my consent she charged me $150 for being a few mins late for my appt. I would never recommend her.

Yvonka is extremely easy to talk to and instantly makes you feel comfortable. She really listens and uses her extensive knowledge and education in this field to diagnose and develop a treatment plan. I'm convinced I have found the perfect fit in a therapist, for me. Grateful!
Unfortunately, despite the number of times Yvonka Williams confirmed my insurance status/terms, she provided services she was not qualified to offer(according to her billing services Alma). Through Alma her billing service she was able to charge me for service offered to me for free through an employee assistance program. Yvonka, fully aware, of my circumstance has taken advantage of me. Somehow she never mentioned she did not qualify to provide services that met the Cigna terms for EAP.

There is a personal touch and a real effort to get to know you as a person. If a refill is needed, I am able to get that taken care of in a timely manner.
