Sheila Murphy, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with extensive experience delivering high-quality mental health care across a variety of clinical settings. Her background includes work in crisis stabilization units, substance use treatment centers, outpatient clinics, emergency departments, and correctional facilities, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of complex behavioral health needs.
Sheila earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she specialized in psychiatric mental health. John Redmond, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse, licensed to practice in Tennessee and Mississippi. He’s happy to be part of the Pathways to Wellness Team in Memphis, Tennessee.
John earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from the University of Mississippi at Oxford, and a Master’s in the Science of Nursing from Walden University.
He’s also served as part of the trauma team at Regional One Health in Memphis, Tennessee, as the Director of Nursing Administration at Lakeside Behavioral Health in Memphis, and on the surgical services and diagnostic imaging team at St. Jude.
John is a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving as an infantry officer with the 101st Airborne Division. His military service gives him insight and a special connection to the veterans he treats who are experiencing post-traumatic stress.
