Madison Kutzera, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Originally from Maryland, she earned her undergraduate degree in Public Health Science from the University of Maryland and went on to receive her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Radford University Carilion in Roanoke, Virginia.
Madison has experience working with patients managing a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and bipolar disorders. She is committed to an evidence-based, patient-centered approach, carefully tailoring medication regimens to align with each patient’s unique concerns and diagnoses.
In addition to medication management, Madison integrates a variety of psychotherapy techniques into her practice. She regularly utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies to help patients reframe negative thinking patterns, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and improve emotional regulation. Education and learning have always been of importance to Dr. Tachi. In May 2009, she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013 from Prince George's Community College (PGCC) in Largo, Maryland.
While studying for her Masters in 2018, Dr. Tachi completed Aspen Day treatment LLC Psychiatric Mental Health Internship Outpatient under a psychiatrist's supervision, providing psychiatric evaluations and ongoing psychiatric care to adults, children, and families with mental illness disorders.
