Dr. Debbie Chang, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist with 8+ years of experience providing personalized, evidence-based mental health care. She earned her MD from Creighton University School of Medicine in 2016 and a B.S. in Biology from UCLA. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
Dr. Chang combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion. She listens carefully, helps patients feel comfortable discussing personal obstacles, and builds a clear treatment plan focused on practical next steps. Her research background supports an evidence-based approach and comprehensive treatment planning tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
She treats adults with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD, ADHD/ADD, and schizophrenia. Dr. Chang’s multilingual care is an important part of her practice—she is fluent in English and Mandarin and conversational in Spanish—so patients feel heard and understood.
