“Dr. K was kind, personable, well-mannered, listened to my problems attentively until a call came in her cell phone and interrupted the telechat. It was distracting and i didn't appreciate the interruption while i was in the middle of explaing my situation as a new patient and this was my first appointment. It didn't appear like it was an emergency or critical that she had to converse on this entire call at that time.
