Cecilia Chanda, DNP, PMHNP, is a dedicated and board-certified nurse practitioner at Greathope Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Services in Garland, Texas. A natural-born leader, Cecilia motivates healthcare teams to provide patients with outstanding care.
Education is important to Cecilia. She began her studies at Prince George Community College (PGCC) in Largo, Maryland, obtaining her Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
Next, she completed the Practical Nursing Program at the American Institute of Professional Studies (AIPS) in Washington, D.C., and in 2021 Cecilia achieved her Master’s in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
As a licensed registered nurse, Cecilia has worked at Good Samaritan Nursing Center in Baltimore, Maryland, HCR Manor Care in Roseville, Maryland, and Christian Care in Mesquite, Texas. She gained experience as a PMHNP at SPC Senior PsychCare (SPC Health) in Houston, Texas, and Greathope Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Services.
She’s held numerous contracts, including an enterprise staffing contract with Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, Texas, and a travel nurse contract at Texas Health Presbyterian Plano Emergency Room (Presby Plano Emergency Room) in Plano.
In addition to being a Registered Nurse Licensed in Texas, Cecilia holds numerous certifications, including ENPC Certificate, ACLS Certificate, CPR, BLS Certificate, IV Certified, and NIHSS Certificate.

Dr. Cohen is widely regarded as a leader in pain rehabilitation and has won several “Best Doctor in Pain Management” awards. He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital. In addition to treating patients, he is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, and he regularly publishes his research and studies in scholarly journals. Dr. Cohen is a Dallas resident who enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family when he is not working.

Kai Cravey is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care for patients across the lifespan. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Kai worked in the hospital setting as a neuro-telemetry nurse, providing care for patients experiencing acute neurological and psychiatric concerns, including complex cases involving both.
He additionally holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Music Production and has been a classical French hornist for over 20 years.

Diana Ghelber, MD Board certified psychiatrist serving adult patients at her private practice in Fort Worth & Granbury, Texas. At the Institute for Advanced Psychiatry, she specializes in treating patients with depression, especially treatment-resistant major depressive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, addiction, and insomnia.
At the Institute for Advanced Psychiatry, Dr. Ghelber offers an integrative approach to treatment, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), ketamine infusions, medication, psychotherapy, and brain music therapy. She’s also a certified provider of buprenorphine treatment for opioid addiction.
Dr. Ghelber earned her medical degree at the Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi, Romania, the oldest medical school in southeast Europe. She uses the BrainsWay TMS system to help patients with treatment-resistant depression at the Institute for Advanced Psychiatry.
Dr. Ghelber is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and licensed to practice in the state of Texas. Her work has been published in medical journals and presented at international conferences.
