Meghan Molnar PMHNP-BC is a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner
from Massachusetts, practicing with a focus in personalized integrative care. Her commitment to enhancing her expertise led her to
pursue a master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing at Regis College. To refine her skills,
she embarked on a challenging residency, followed by a year-long fellowship in
integrative psychiatry with a particular focus on nutritional support in mental health.
Meghan's unique focus on the nutritional impacts in mental health underscores her
holistic approach to patient care. Currently, in her practice at Coastal Integrative Mental
Health, Meghan’s focus is in giving each patient the time and support that they need to
achieve lasting remission.
“Meghan has been great to work with. Our time has changed my outlook on many things. Everything I've had issues with throughout my life is being worked through and solutions have been presented that are working. She's incredibly flexible with the hours during our appointments and I'm able to talk a lot out. She's so knowledgeable and able to explain everything in lamens terms but has no problem getting into the scientific side of what's going on.

I am Onyinye Osuagwu, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have extensive experience working as a nurse in multiple settings. I found my passion for mental health early in my nursing career. A few years ago, I made providing mental healthcare one of my life's missions and decided to advance my career by obtaining a master's degree in nursing. My goal is to provide client-centered, conscientious, and holistic care to my patients.
I serve the adult population (age 18 and above) by providing evidence-based and patient-centered care that addresses each patient's individual needs. My approach to care is through kindness, empathy, collaboration, and being forthright with each patient.
An initial assessment with me will include a comprehensive assessment of current symptoms and a review of your history from a non-judgmental lens. You can expect to feel safe. We will work together to create a personalized plan that would best suit your individual need.
Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
I offer medication management as well as psychotherapy and CBT for a wide range of psychiatric conditions. I use a holistic approach in order to treat the client as a whole, and encourage alternative treatment therapies as well. My goal is to establish a trusting and therapeutic relationship, in efforts to promote a positive and unique experience, but most importantly facilitate the best possible health outcomes.

Hello! I'm Andrea, born and raised in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida. As the oldest in a large family, early on, I was witness to the intricacies of mental health both within my family and in the broader community. This exposure instilled in me a deep-seated passion for understanding the human mind and helping individuals navigate their challenges.
Over the years, I've armed myself with academic and practical knowledge. I am proud to hold a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, supplemented with advanced training in integrated health care practices. I'm also a licensed clinical mental health counselor in Florida, and I provide coaching services both domestically and internationally. Currently, I'm broadening my horizons further with an MBA at the University of California, Los Angeles.
In 2020, I founded Dreavita. What began as a private practice quickly transformed into a beacon of hope and healing in the mental health space. My work in telehealth since 2021 has opened new avenues to reach and support those in need, which prompted me to step away from a telehealth directing position recently to focus solely on Dreavita.
The accolades I've received, including the Orlando Woman of the Year in 2021 and Los Angeles Woman of the Year in 2022, are testaments to our collective efforts at Dreavita. But beyond these awards, my vision for Dreavita remains clear: to offer progressive, inclusive wellness services that foster emotional healing and a deep sense of belonging.
