Welcome!
I am Wendy Carlson and I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience.
My nursing philosophy has remained the same over the last 20 years: Every client receives the same level of care equal to what is expected for a member of my own family. Together, we will work as a team to develop a treatment plan achieving positive outcomes based on evidence based practice standards.
I am an outside of the box thinker. When others have given up, I will not. I am currently accepting new clients of all ages seeking initial diagnostic evaluations, and medication management. I look forward to meeting you.
