Robert Price, MD, is a skilled, dedicated neurologist who sees patients at Central Coast Neurology, located in San Luis Obispo, California. His mission is to provide exceptional evidence-based care to his patients.
Dr. Price was born in Tucson, Arizona, and completed his undergraduate studies in chemistry and philosophy at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He obtained his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah where he also completed graduate philosophy studies in Bioethics. He completed his internal medicine and neurology residencies at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He thereafter completed fellowships in Clinical Neurophysiology at USC/Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and Sleep Disorders Medicine at Scripps Clinic & Research Foundation in La Jolla, California. Dr. Price also served as the acting director of the clinical neurophysiology laboratory when he was at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
Dr. Price obtained board certifications from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology, and the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
