Dr. Vikas Shetty obtained his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C.. Dr. Kevin Jean Lemaire is a Psychiatrist providing care to residents of New York, and New Jersey. Dr. Lemaire believes in “treating the patient as a whole” and that “laughter is the best medicine”. Dr. Lemaire’s clinical interests include PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use. Dr. Lemaire attended Brooklyn College, where he majored in both psychology and biology. SimaPaul M.D. is a licensed physician practicing psychiatry in NJ, NY, PA. She works with adults of all ages, adolescents and children. Many of Dr. Paul’s patients are looking for treatment to address anxiety, depression, mood swings, irritability, ADHD, OCD, and identity issues. Dr. Paul is particularly passionate about serving young adults and adolescents, being it is a time of transition and changes for a person of this age. Often anxiety and depression are particularly high in this age groups. But she is also comfortable treating older adults and children. Dr. Paul is trained in medication management for target symptoms. When patients are able to verbalize their symptoms and what changes they would like to see over time, psychiatric medications can be a treatment option that is very helpful for some. In session, Dr. Paul focuses on relaxation skills and deep breathing to help patients feel comfortable when trying to express what emotions they are feeling. This approach supports patients and validates what they are feeling. When the recommended medication is started, most people are happy with the results because they start feeling better. Most patients will experience an improvement in whatever target symptoms ultimately lead them to get treatment in the first place.
Dr. Paul's style is direct, straightforward, and compassionate. When Dr. Paul first starts to work with a patient she tries to understand what exactly they are feeling and what exactly are their symptoms; in their own words. She will try to get the patient to describe as best as they can what they are feeling without interrupting them. One of Dr. Paul’s best traits is that she is a very good listener.
Dr. Paul received her medical training from St. Luke's -Roosevelt Hospital Center Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She contributes a great deal of her knowledge of psychiatry care from the years she spent working in the psychiatric emergency room in the heart of New York City during her residency training. Outside of private practice, gardening and reading are activities she finds enjoyable and relaxing. She encourages patients she works with to find and use different hobbies, activities and interests as a therapeutic outlet.

Dr. Paul is able to engage with her patients and feels comfortable talking to them using this platform. She earned her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College, and is a Brooklyn native. Asiyah is also a first generation Moroccan American, which has given her the invaluable personal experience of overcoming diversity and navigating the challenges American culture often throws at first generation Americans.
Asiyah specializes in working with children and parents in navigating neurodivergence, intergenerational trauma, and multicultural experiences. Her patient and empathetic approach creates a safe space for families to navigate a multitude of challenges, and build on the strengths that come with neurodiversity and trauma.
Asiyah has worked extensively with children and families within the carceral and foster care system. Asiyah embraces a holistic approach acknowledging the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being. Her dedication to fostering growth and resilience in each client, is complemented by her ability to tailor therapeutic techniques to suit each individual's unique needs.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I obtained my MSN from Monmouth University, and became board certified with the ANCC. I have over 10 years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field in emergency crisis with adult clients from ages 18-65. Through my years as a staff nurse, I found my passion for mental health and desired to be apart of the change in ending the stigma surrounded by substance abuse and mental health.
I believe in creating an individualized plan of care that values client involvement, inter-professional collaboration and evidenced-based practice. My goal for my clients is to feel empowered to treat their illness through supportive education in a stigma free environment.
