With seven years of experience in Lebanon's top hospitals and three years with NGOs supporting underserved communities, Dr. Mouawia combines academic expertise with practical experience. At SAFE, he provides a holistic, recovery-focused approach to foster emotional resilience, reduce stress, and enhance mental well-being.

Jenn Horbes has been a clinician at Blue Water Counseling . She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Central Michigan University 1998 and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Appalachian State University in 2002. Currently, she is an Associate Director at BWC, and provides clinical supervision to staff as well as carries a small caseload of clients who struggle with a variety of mental health concerns. She also enjoys supervising and conducting psychological assessments to a variety of local community organizations. Jenn is happily married and resides locally with her husband and dog. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, practicing yoga, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
