Dr. Rezk is fellowship-trained in minimally-invasive as well as complex gynecologic surgery and has done hundreds of robotic procedures. He graduated from Cairo University School of Medicine with distinction in 1995 and subsequently trained in Internal Medicine at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan, before pursuing a career in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Rezk completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at the Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, followed by a Pelvic Reconstruction Research Fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, New York. He obtained his Masters in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Services Research from the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences in New York, New York. Dr. Rezk’s scientific research is presented at regional and national meetings and published in reputable journals, including the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Uffort is a fellowship-trained General Surgeon and serves at Clear Lake City Healthcare Professionals located in Webster, TX. He completed his medical education at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He then moved to West Virginia, where he completed his General Surgery residency with Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, Marshall University. On returning to his adopted State of Texas, he completed fellowship in Advanced Minimally Invasive Surgery in San Antonio. His mentor was the world-renowned Dr. Morris Franklin Jr at the Texas Endosurgery Institute.
In his spare time, Dr. Uffort enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and three wonderful children. They love traveling to theme parks, resorts and other natural attractions. Dr. Uffort considers himself an avid soccer player and wishes one day to be called for a try-out with the US Men’s national soccer team.
Dr. David Fairweather, MD, provides surgical treatments at Clear Lake City Healthcare Professionals in Webster, Bay Area and Greater Houston, Texas. He received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine.
As a board certified surgeon, Dr. Fairweather provides treatment to address a variety of health concerns throughout Texas. He has experience working at Bay Area Regional Medical Center, Houston Methodist St. John Hospital, Clear Lake Regional Medical Center and a variety of previous other facilities and has built a strong thriving practice. He has worked on medicine and surgery for more than 14 years. Dr. Fairweather also serves as Wound Care Director at Kindred Clear Lake Hospital and Trauma Director at Bay Area Regional Medical Center.
Due to his years of working in surgery, Dr. Fairweather has the skills and experience to address concerns about your health that may require surgical intervention or treatment. He is a general surgeon who completed his residency in surgery at Morehouse School of Medicine.
