Dr. Randolph
Patricia Randolph, Ph.D., is the founder and chief audiologist at Community Audiology Services, in Silver Spring, Maryland. She is licensed and board-certified in audiology, holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in audiology from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA).
Dr. Randolph earned her undergraduate degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and her master’s degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before completing her doctorate at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. In 2005, Dr. Randolph founded Community Audiology Services to provide high-quality audiology services and personalized attention to all ages in the diverse community where she lives and works.
Over the past 25 years, Dr. Randolph has taught graduate level courses in audiology at Howard University, Gallaudet University, the University of Maryland, and the University of the District of Columbia. She has served as Director of Audiology in the otolaryngology division at Howard University Hospital in Washington DC .

Dr. Katie Palmer earned her Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and her Doctorate of Audiology degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She completed her doctoral residency at the Ear, Nose, and Throat & Facial Plastic Surgery Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
