In his leisure time, Dr. Bauer loves traveling the world with his wife and junior high sweetheart. They particularly enjoy experiencing different cultures, trying amazing food, and learning different languages (to which he is fluent in English and Spanish and working on others including Italian).

Parham Parto, MD, MPH, FACC, is an interventional cardiologist at Parto Heart & Vascular in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, California, providing care for patients throughout Southern California. Dr. Parto is board-certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine.
A Southern California native, Dr. Parto grew up in Irvine, attending the University of California, Irvine for his Bachelor of Science in biological sciences with a minor in educational studies. He pursued further specialized training in interventional cardiology and peripheral vascular intervention at VCU School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia.
Currently, Dr. Parto is the Chief of Cardiology at St. Vincent Medical Center and the Director of Vascular Diseases at California Hospital Medical Center, both in Los Angeles. He has treated a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, won awards, and produced a number of publications.
