Dr. Joseph I. Lezamiz is a highly skilled and educated chiropractor serving patients at New York Spine & Pain Management in Howard Beach, New York and the areas surrounding Queens. Dr. Lezamiz graduated from New York Chiropractic College with clinical honors. He is one of only a few chiropractors to have hospital privileges in the NYC metro area. Dr. Jack Schtierman received his Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta Ga. in 1997. For over 25 years, Dr. Schtierman has treated thousands of patients for various spinal conditions including neck and low back pain, disc injuries, sciatica and migraine headaches. Dr. Jack has lectured in hundreds of corporations in New York City as well as performed on site spinal screenings and on site ergonomic assessments for thousands of employees. His “patient first” attitude and ability to listen to his patients’ needs and concern has sustained his loyal patient following and continued the growth of his practice. Because each patient has different needs and complaints, Dr. Schtierman knows his patients must be treated as individuals and each patient receives their own personalized care plan. Dr. Alex Povazhnyak has graduated Polytechnic National University in Lviv, Ukraine with Masters of Science in Biochemistry in 2002. His personal life saving experience with Chiropractic has led him to pursue this profession shortly afterwards.
Dr. Povazhnyak graduated with Doctor of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, TX, which is one of the oldest chiropractic colleges in the country. The program is focused on the latest research and science behind holistic approach to restore body's healing properties. He also received additional training and Board certification in Chiropractic Physiotherapy which is focused on chiropractic approach to rehabilitation and regeneration of the musculoskeletal system. He also went to Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC which is famed for strong adherence to traditional practice of the art and philosophy of chiropractic care with the emphasis on manual adjustment and manipulation of the vertebral column in order to release central and peripheral nervous system.
He completed General and Specialty Massage Therapy program at State University of Hawaii, while owning a chiropractic clinic on Oahu, Hawaii. There he received certification in multiple massage techniques, including medical massage while working on cancer patients.

Dr. Hyunjae (Albert) Lee, DPM, DC, is an esteemed podiatrist and chiropractor at Total Body Chiropractic and Podiatry, which has locations in the Midtown East neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City and Clifton, New Jersey.
Dr. Lee holds two doctorates, one in chiropractic and another in podiatric medicine. As a chiropractor, he saw a frequent link between foot/ankle problems and low back injuries. He wanted to specialize further in the treatment of the foot & ankle, so he attended podiatric medical school and completed a podiatric medicine/surgery residency.
Dr. Lee believes that true healing power comes within the body and that conventional medical treatment works best when it is combined with appropriate natural therapies.
Dr. Lee completed his 4-year podiatric medicine and surgery residency at St. Barnabas Hospital (SBH) Health System – a level II Trauma Center in the Bronx, New York. During his residency, he also completed a 1000-hour integrative medicine fellowship through the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine.
