Amy Mohr, DC, was raised amid the rolling hills of Pennsylvania. She attended Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA, where she received her bachelor of science in biology with a minor in communication in 2002.
After graduation, she worked as an environmental consultant while attending Shippensburg University, where she earned her master of science in biology. A love of animals led her to Texas, where she attended Parker University in Dallas, and received her doctor of chiropractic degree and dual bachelor’s degrees in anatomy and health and wellness. She also completed the university’s animal chiropractic program.
Dr. Mohr loves learning, so she naturally enjoys educating her patients to take an active role in their care. She appreciates the multidisciplinary approach at Texas Medical Institute, which can help patients optimize their recovery and outcomes.
Outside the office, you will find Dr. Mohr riding her horse, playing with her dogs, and spending time with her family.
Kevin Sykes, DC, is a Chiropractor and Texas native serving patients throughout the Fort Worth area at White Integrated Health Clinics PLLC, where he works at the practice’s Waterside location. He has been treating patients as a well-respected Chiropractor since 2011.
Dr. Sykes’ interest in Chiropractic Medicine began when he suffered a lower back injury while playing college baseball. Thanks to the help of an experienced Chiropractor, Dr. Sykes felt not only an improvement in the pain in his back but noticed that Chiropractic adjustments and active rehabilitation dramatically improved his overall health, wellness, and athletic ability.
Growing up in Waco, Texas, Dr. Sykes completed his undergraduate studies in nutritional sciences in 2006 at Texas A&M University in College Station. Once he realized his passion for Chiropractic Medicine, Dr. Sykes enrolled in Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, from which he graduated in 2010.
When acute or chronic pain strikes, Dr. Sykes knows firsthand what it feels like to struggle with pain that has not responded to traditional treatments or at-home remedies. That is why he is confident that his professional experience combined with his own background as a lower back injury patient makes him a compassionate Chiropractor, one that understands what his patients are going through and knows how to help.
Dr. Sykes has had the privilege of working with prestigious institutions such as the National Olympic Committee of Colombia in South America and the football team at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. It is his goal to make sure the athletes he treats recover from their sports injuries as soon as possible while increasing their performance levels.
Dr. Sykes loves golf, exercise, and travel, and is an avid fan of Texas A&M and Texas Christian University football, Texas Ranger baseball, and Dallas Stars Hockey. When he is out of the office, he spends most of his free time with his wife, Jenna, and their children Alice and William.
Dr. White of White Integrated Health Clinics PLLC in Waterside, Fort Worth, Texas has known he wanted to become a Chiropractor since he was a patient himself. After suffering excruciating pain from a lower back disc problem, he sought the help of many orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons. He was given plenty of medications to mask the pain, but nothing fixed the root cause of the problem. When his doctors suggested surgery, Dr. White decided to see a Doctor of Chiropractic. Thanks to the chiropractic treatments he received, his back pain disappeared. Today, Dr. White hopes to be that life-changing chiropractor for his own patients.
Dr. White attended North Texas State University where he played on the golf team. After he decided to specialize in Chiropractic Medicine, Dr. White enrolled in Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas. He graduated in 1979 and quickly began treating patients.
Dr. White’s goal is to relieve acute and chronic pain by solving the root cause of the problem, rather than simply treating the symptoms. He hopes to do this with minimally invasive treatment techniques that avoid major surgery and risky medications. That’s why White Integrated Health Clinics offers patients innovative techniques such as cold laser therapy for chronic and acute pain, spinal decompression, and active rehabilitation. Dr. White’s clinical interests include spinal adjustment, hip pain, neck pain, migraines, lower back pain, athletic injuries and scoliosis.
As a trusted chiropractor who is also trained in acupuncture in the Fort Worth community, Dr. White enjoys providing the most natural, effective chiropractic care possible. When he is not in the office, he can be found spending time with his wife and six children. Dr. White’s second eldest son, Dr. Don White, DC, has proudly joined White Integrated Health Clinics to continue the family legacy.
