John P. Pinto, DC, of Advanced Wellness of Westfield in Westfield, New Jersey, has over 21 years of experience in chiropractic care. A native of Westfield, Dr. Pinto earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University College in Marietta, Georgia. Before returning to New Jersey and opening his practice in Westfield, Dr. Pinto practiced in Centreville, Virginia, for several years. Through the clinic at Advanced Wellness of Westfield, Dr. Pinto offers his patients the latest advances in chiropractic care. Dr. Pinto is also a provider of functional medicine, a practice that focuses on optimal performance of the body and its systems. With conventional blood, allergy, saliva, stool, and urine testing, lab ranges assess only disease. Dr. Pinto holds a number of professional certifications and titles. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture (FIAMA), a Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition (DACBN), a Diplomate of the Chiropractic Board of Clinical Nutrition (DCBCN), a certified clinical nutritionist (CCN), and a board-certified Atlas Orthogonist (BCAO).Dr. Pinto founded Advanced Wellness of Westfield in 2010. The clinic serves patients living in the Westfield, Clark, Scotch Plains, Cranford, Summit, Springfield, Mountainside, Berkeley Heights, and New Providence areas of New Jersey.
“Dr. Pinto thoroughly explained what needed to be done to relieve my symptoms. He did a variety of techniques (none of which were painful) until he got the results he wanted. I left feeling much better and with a plan to address my other issues. It was a very positive experience.”
