Alex Udey, OTR/L is a recent Hofstra University graduate, finishing with a master's in occupational therapy in 2018. Alex has a strong passion for treating orthopedic conditions, however enjoys the wide variety of diagnoses that comes with home therapy. Alex prides himself in building strong relationships with his patients, as well as helping each patient reach his/her full potential. He is excited to be a part of the Reddy Care team and expanding the occupational therapy department.
Lexi Kantor, DC, is one of the skilled chiropractors at Repair Recover Restore (R3) in White Plains and Port Chester, New York. She is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic and Acupuncture. With over a decade of professional experience, she specializes in rehab and sports medicine with a passion for working with active adults and athletes of all kinds. Dr. Lexi believes anyone who exercises with purpose is an athlete. She also strongly appreciates working with first responders and veterans.
Dr. Lexi is a passionate and seasoned outdoor rock climber, cyclist, weightlifter, and health enthusiast. Dr. Lexi was a dancer and gymnast from an early age. Dr. Lexi was also a competitive roller derby skater in Boulder, Colorado, in her early 20s. While skating, she fell and broke her neck, which led to her decision to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine.
Over the years, Dr. Lexi has incurred many injuries, including but not limited to three spinal fractures, eleven rib fractures, a hip labral tear and repair, and a clavicle fracture. She believes being a high-level athlete who has experienced and recovered from all these injuries allows her to relate to and understand her patients on a deeper level.
Dr. Lexi has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and regularly spends time climbing, hiking, and cycling in the Shawangunk range in New Paltz, New York. Outside of her work here with patients at R3, she volunteers her time to local outdoor charities such as the GCC and Rise Outside and volunteering with the Veterans Yoga Project, providing insight and expertise in promoting healthier lifestyles, increasing diversity in rock climbing, and promoting inclusivity in outdoor spaces.
Katie McMahon, DC, CPT, is a Doctor of Chiropractic at Repair Recover Restore (R3) located in White Plains and Port Chester, New York.
Katie is from the Hudson Valley and graduated from John F. Kennedy Catholic High School before earning her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oswego, where she played soccer and was on the executive board of her community service organization. Working in the athletic training department allowed Dr. Katie to realize her passion for helping people achieve and surpass their health and fitness goals!
She then pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York. While at NYCC, Dr.Katie focused her elective studies on functional analysis and prenatal and pediatric chiropractic techniques while also earning advanced certificates in custom stabilizing orthotics and whole food nutrition.
Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, a few of Dr. Katie’s favorite things to do in her spare time are hiking, playing soccer, and spending time outdoors with her friends and family!

Dr. Kevin Pavlak is a licensed chiropractor (DC) and Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). He received his Bachelor’s degree from Dominican College where he majored in Athletic Training. Kevin continued his education at New York Chiropractic College where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic degree. His interest in sports and athletics is what drove him to pursue athletic training and chiropractic. Dr. Kevin enjoys working with athletes of all levels and helping them achieve optimal performance. Kevin utilizes a variety of techniques including diversified, instrument assisted soft tissue, and myofascial release just to name a few. He is also a member of The International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in Webster Technique.
Melissa received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at Mercy College in 2020. While at Mercy, Melissa played for the Mercy Mavericks women’s lacrosse team. Melissa also has experience working with patients at a Skilled Nursing Facility/Rehab. One of her favorite aspects of being an Occupational Therapist is being able to establish a good relationship with her patients. Her goal is to help individuals become as independent as possible and to achieve their greatest quality of life. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys going for walks, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Stanline Anto, PT, DPT received his Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from India and his Doctorate from Utica college in NY. Stan has eight years of experience, spending his last three years with Reddy Care. I began in Reddy Care’s home therapy program, where I was for two years, and now I am working in the clinic. I support all of the therapists at the Great Neck location, along with the techs and the front desk. I ensure that patient care is optimal and that every patient has a pleasant experience and that they reach their treatment goals.
Practicing for over 20 years, Connie graduated from Touro College in 1998 with an MS in Occupational Therapy. She's worked mainly with the adult and geriatric population in hospitals and nursing homes. Her focus began to switch to home therapy about 15 years ago when her own parents became elderly and needed her help at home.
Ariella is a patient turned occupational therapist that has a passion for what she does because she saw what it did for her and wants to do the same for others. She has a Bachelors in Psychology, Bachelors in Health Sciences, and a Masters in Occupational Therapy. She believes that the psychosocial component of OT is just as if not more important than the physical and that’s a mentality that she uses when treating patients and trying to help them live life to the fullest despite any perceived limitations.

Dr. Marc Avvento has been in practice for over 9 years specializing in spine, soft tissue, and sports injury. As a certified Active Release Technique (ART) provider, a medically patented soft tissue movement based massage technique, Dr. Avvento combines ART treatments with modalities including electrical stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, traction, kinesio taping, and chiropractic care to maximize and expedite recovery. His goal is to get his patients back to health as fast as possible and enjoying the activities they love pain free.

Dr. Michael J. Campo is a compassionate, experienced chiropractor who serves patients in Farmingville and Shirley, New York. At South Shore Chiropractic, he provides patients with treatment for a variety of ailments, including sciatica, whiplash, arthritis, low back pain, headaches, and much more.
Dr. Campo grew up in Mt. Sinai, Long Island, New York. He attended Arizona State University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. After earning his degree, he enrolled at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York. Dr. Campo received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree and graduated with honors at the top of his class.
After earning his doctorate, Dr. Campo moved back to Long Island and opened his first office in Farmingville. The following year, he opened his second location in Mastic/Shirley, New York.
Dr. Campo is nationally and state certified to practice chiropractic. He also has completed a variety of graduate courses in neurology, sports injuries, whiplash injuries, and radiology. Chris is a highly skilled dedicated therapist with a gentle demeanor. Specializing in deep tissue massage, prenatal care and treating physical injuries—he is also an expert personal trainer. As a graduate of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine for Massage Therapy, he now continues his education in kinesiology growing his knowledge for treating the body and its injuries.

Dr. Peter Zazzarino has been practicing Chiropractic and serving the community for 19 years. He is licensed in the State of New York and graduated from New York Chiropractic College. He has years of experince incorporating nutrition and exercise into patient treatment plans. As part of Dr. Zazzarino’s continuing education he has studied spinal rehab and biomechanics and the affects of diet and nutrition on spinal pain syndromes. Dr. Zazzarino is fluent in Italian.
Dr. Joseph I. Lezamiz is a highly skilled and educated chiropractor serving patients at New York Spine & Pain Management in Howard Beach, New York and the areas surrounding Queens. Dr. Lezamiz is passionate about helping patients feel their best, through treatment for back pain, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, headaches and more. He is also very knowledgeable in physical therapy, chiropractic care and pain management.
Dr. Lezamiz graduated from New York Chiropractic College with clinical honors. He is one of only a few chiropractors to have hospital privileges in the NYC metro area. Dr. Lezamiz provides a multidisciplinary approach to treatment for pain management. A major part of his career has been dedicated to the rehabilitation of athletes. Dr. Lezamiz has previously served as a team physician for the ING NYC Marathon, and has extensive experience working with elite athletes and runners with a variety of injuries.
