He has worked for over 41 years helping individuals, couples and families to improve the quality of their lives. While he has specialized training and experience in the addiction and Employee Assistance(EAP) fields, he has many years of experience with helping clients with a variety of life problems. David has had past work experience at Glenbeigh and University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. He is a well-versed and highly experienced counselor who practices with a holistic and mindfulness approach to treatment.
Audrey graduated from Ursuline College with a master’s degree in Counseling and Art therapy. Using Trauma Informed techniques, creative therapies and DBT interventions, she assists clients to look at challenges from a wholistic perspective. Previous work with the Centers for Families and Children and Bellefaire JCB have informed Audrey’s approach of assisting adults and adolescents with an open mind and understanding of environmental complications. Specializing in mood disorders, LGBTQ+ population, and trauma management, she utilizes creative approaches to assist clients in addressing their needs.

Bill Elwood is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in psychology from Ursuline college, and Master’s Degree in counseling from John Carroll University and is a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. He has extensive experience with adolescent behavior problems as well as marriage and family related issues. He is Certified Master Addictions Counselor and is a Substance Abuse Professional. He also has specialized training in co-dependency treatment approaches. Mr. Elwood has an interest in the function of faith and spirituality in the healing process. He is an Ordained Permanent Deacon for the Cleveland Catholic Diocese and Adjunct Faculty member at St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology.

These strengths are always at the center of her approach to building a therapeutic relationship. Rachel’s clinical experience includes working with adults, children, families, and couples.
