CCC-SLP, I/ECMH-C, BCS-CL, is a board-certified child language specialist, credentialed infant mental health specialist, and owner of Express Yourself Pediatric Therapy, with locations in Palatine, Illinois, Bucktown, Chicago and Kensington, Maryland. She is highly qualified and a leader in her field.
Dr. Grosvenor completed her master’s degree in speech-language pathology at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois, and her doctorate in infant and early childhood development at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.
Dr. Grosvenor is also a credentialed DIRFloortime® provider. She has more than 10 years of experience teaching courses through the International Council on Development and Learning (ICDL), Profectum, and the Erikson Institute.

Dr. Grosvenor attributes much of her success to her two beautiful children, who teach her important lessons about child development and parenting.

Nasim has experience supporting clients with addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, toxic relationships, and behavior change. She is also highly skilled in working with individuals on the autism spectrum, offering compassionate support to promote self-esteem, independence, and personal growth. Nasim is equally committed to educating and guiding families as they navigate the unique challenges of supporting a loved one with autism.

Irene Kim, MS, is a Clinical Community Counselor who earned her degree from Johns Hopkins University. With over 10 years of experience, she offers a holistic and compassionate approach to care, supporting individuals and families through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, depression, and abuse. Irene has a strong background in adoption and foster care and is certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), specializing in work with new and expecting parents. She uses evidence-based, trauma-informed practices to empower clients toward resilience and healing. Her approach integrates emotional, physical, and mental health while honoring cultural diversity and inclusive care. Irene is committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space that respects each person’s unique story.

Laura holds an MS in Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Bereavement from Grand Canyon University. Her focus is on supporting individuals through all forms of loss—whether from death, divorce, illness, job change, or relocation. With 12 years of experience as a trained Stephen Minister, Laura brings deep empathy and a nonjudgmental presence to her work. She uses a client-centered approach that may incorporate CBT, mindfulness, Enneagram insights, reflective listening, and process-oriented healing. She values creative and holistic methods, including journaling, group therapy, art/music therapy, sound therapy, meditation, and clients' personal faith practices. Laura is also a trained Frederick Health Hospice volunteer and is pursuing certification in Thanatology and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Her experience spans work with couples, adults, children, and older adults, and she plans to pursue training in DBT and equine-assisted therapy.
Kate Horn, LPC, ATR specializes in art therapy and TF-CBT. She received her Master of Science in Art Therapy and Counseling. As a Telehealth Therapist and serves children, adolescents and adults.
Dr. Stephanie Binter is licensed clinical psychologist. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and a certification in neuropsychology. Dr. Binter conducts a variety of neurological and psychological testing, including forensic assessments and general mental health assessments to aid in the differential diagnosis. Dr. Binter completes fitness for duty evaluations as well as evaluations to assess the impact of mental health concerns on treatment and prognosis following spinal stimulator and bariatric surgeries. Dr. Binter is experienced at using telehealth to provide the therapeutic interventions.
Jennifer has a Masters in Art Therapy from The George Washington University and incorporates evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness and DBT in session. Jennifer gets excited about incorporating science about the brain in session and she has specific training in trauma-informed and trauma-focused approaches. Jennifer believes that art therapy offers unique ways to support clients in meeting therapeutic goals through movement, the senses, symbolism and creativity in addition to cognitive and emotional ways of processing.
I strive to provide a space of non-judgment and openness for my clients. I previously worked at Upper Bay Counseling for 3 years where I worked with a wide variety of people and issues. I'm always working to adapt to the person in front of me, adjusting techniques and focus as needed. I consider my approach to be collaborative, strength based, and trauma informed.
Amy is a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in assisting clients with identifying their strengths in addressing issues which threaten a client’s successful navigation of life’s challenges. These challenges include (but are not limited to) personal, family, and career events which could disrupt the client’s peaceful and abundant living. Amy enjoys collaborating with clients to problem-solve areas where clients become “stuck”, utilizing evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing, grounded in family systems and interpersonal theories. Amy has been a Master Social Worker (MSW) for 19 years, serving clients from childhood to geriatric in a wide range of settings including psychiatric inpatient hospital, community services boards addressing addressing substance use, home visiting for families with infants, as well as independently referred outpatients and corporate employees on both local and national levels.
