I’m a substance use therapist who is passionate about helping people navigate recovery in a way that feels real and sustainable. As someone who is also in recovery, I bring both professional training and personal understanding into my work, which helps me connect with clients on a deeper level. I especially enjoy working with individuals who struggle with borderline personality, and I focus on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen. My approach is compassionate, honest, and centered on helping people build meaningful, lasting change.

I focus on creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in changing unhelpful thought patterns and living in alignment with their values.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our daughter, going out to eat, and finding new activities outside!
