Middle Easterner Sahar holds a license as an associate counselor. She is a doctor in Syria who graduated from the medical school in Damascus and spent ten years working as a pediatric hospitalist there.
Sahar has been working in the field of mental health for some time and has a master's from the University of Phoenix in clinical mental health counseling. She has received training in EMDR, DBT, CBT, CANDIS program and is currently doing IFS training.

I’ve been a therapist since 2018 and love what I do. I am a mother of 4 boys. I have worked in different settings where I have helped children ages 10 to adults. I have worked with both adults and children/adolescents that struggle with substance abuse, anger management, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, body image struggles, trauma, as well as self- esteem challenges.
