Jorge Fornaris, DMD, is a dental implant specialist at Doral Sedation & Family Dentistry in Doral, Florida. Dr. Fornaris was raised in Holguin, Cuba. When he was 16 years old, his family moved to the United States in hopes of finding a better life.
Dr. Fornaris attended the University of South Florida, where he studied molecular biology. Upon graduating, he was chosen to join some of the top dental schools in the nation, but ultimately decided to attend the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He graduated with high honors and was granted the Robert G. Levine Award during his time there for his outstanding academic performance.
After completing his dental school training, Dr. Fornaris relocated to South Miami to pursue a residency program in general dentistry at the University of Florida.
Dr. Fornaris has extensive training in several specialties, including full mouth rehabilitation from the Nash Institute for Dental Learning, advanced bone grafting from the Pikos Institute, LANAP from the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry, prosthetics and implant surgery from the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry and the Misch Resnick Institute, as well as intravenous (IV) and oral sedation from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry.
In addition, he holds certifications in basic life support (BLS) as well as advanced life support (ALS). He is also an active member of the Florida Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Fornaris has completed fellowship training at the ICOI and the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Ramiro Esparragoza, DDS, is a general and cosmetic dentist at Doral Sedation & Family Dentistry in the Doral, Florida. Dr. Esparragoza was raised in Caracas, Venezuela, and he pursued his dental education at the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
He decided to move to the United States with his love, Natalia, and they created their first home together in New York, where he was accepted early into a doctoral program (DDS) at New York State University College of Dentistry. During his studies, he was a part of an honors program for outstanding final-year students.
After graduating, he moved to Florida and completed his training in general dentistry at the University of Florida. He also received extensive training in full mouth rehabilitation at the Nash Institute for Dental Learning and The Dawson Academy, endodontics at Dental Education Laboratories, and intravenous (IV) and oral sedation at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry.
Dr. Esparragoza holds certifications in basic life support (BLS) as well as advanced life support (ALS). Additionally, he is an active member of the Florida Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, as well as the American Dental Association.

Dr. Eitan Gross is an Ivy League educated Dentist Anesthesiologist and completed his anesthesiology residency at NYU Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
This unique anesthesiology residency included rotations in internal medicine and pediatric medicine. The remaining years of the residency included providing hospital based general anesthesia at NYU Lutheran Medical Center, a Level 1 trauma center in New York, as well as mobile anesthesia training in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Gross is board certified in Dental Anesthesiology as well as certified in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), pediatric advanced life support (PALS), and basic life support (BLS). Dr. Gross lectured at Nova University and has also conducted extensive research on the effects of common anesthetic medications on children.
Prior to completing his advanced residency in anesthesiology, Dr. Gross received his DMD degree from the prestigious Ivy League university, the University of Pennsylvania, where he received honors while working at their clinic for medically compromised patients. In his free time, Dr. Gross enjoys traveling, scuba diving and spending time with family.
Evelyn Estefan, DDS, is a highly experienced dentist providing excellent care to patients at Doral Dental Boutique & Spa in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Estefan was born in Bogota, Colombia, and raised in Montreal, Canada. She was inspired to become a dental health professional by her father, Dr. Luis Estefan, MD, who was an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) surgeon at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.
In 1982, Dr. Estefan graduated from Pontificia Javeriana University, School of Dentistry in Bogotá, Colombia. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1989 in Florida after completing a general dentistry internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in the oral and maxillofacial surgery department.
Dr. Estefan has been a member of numerous dental organizations and has been in solo practice for over 30 Years. She has been a pre-fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a member in good standing of the Florida Academy of General Dentistry since 1992.
She is a lifelong learner who has completed hundreds of hours in continuing education courses throughout her professional career.

Jorge Fornaris, DMD, is a dental implant specialist at Gables Sedation Dentistry in the Coral Gables neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Dr. Fornaris was born in Holguin, Cuba. At the age of 16, his family came to Miami in pursuit of a better life.
