Leonard grew up traveling as an “army brat.” His family finally settled down in Fairfax County, Virginia, in his teenage years. After high school, Dr. Toyer went on to receive his undergraduate degree in biology from Hampton University. Always knowing he wanted to be a dentist, he next attended Virginia Commonwealth University to obtain his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2003. Wanting to increase his speed and proficiency in advanced dental techniques, Dr. Toyer then went to the University of Maryland to receive his two-year certificate in Advanced General Dentistry, which he completed in 2005.  Dr. Kristin Bae completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, graduating with a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry. She entered the dental program at the University of Maryland’s College of Dental Surgery in Baltimore, Maryland, and she graduated with a doctor of dental surgery degree in 2000. The dental program at the University of Maryland is the oldest dental college in the world and the only dental school in Maryland, graduating top notch doctors for many decades. After graduation, Dr. Bae joined Dulles Dental Group and has remained with the organization for the last 16 years. Dr. Bae’s goal is to help each person in her care establish and maintain his or her dental health. She enjoys being able to provide care for the entire family.
