Dr. Artin was raised in a family with a legacy of dental professionals. When he was a young boy, he would spend his summers observing his uncle, who practiced as a general dentist, and also working hands-on with his father, who owns a dental laboratory. Thus, the love to provide care and dentistry was instilled in him from a very young age.
He pursued this passion for dentistry by going to UCSD for his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and cell biology and Loma Linda Dental School. Afterward, Dr. Artin completed a one-year post-graduate internship in orthodontics at Roseman University of Health Sciences while also practicing as a general dentist. He then completed his three-year residency at the school, earning his dual degree in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics specialty certificate and a Master of Business Administration.
Not only is Dr. Artin highly skilled in the latest technologies in orthodontics, but he also has a radiant personality that makes orthodontist visits fun and relaxing. Dr. Artin treats patients in both Encino and Glendale.
