Jorge Fornaris, DMD, is a dental implant specialist at Doral Sedation & Family Dentistry in Doral, Florida. Dr. Fornaris was raised in Holguin, Cuba. When he was 16 years old, his family moved to the United States in hopes of finding a better life.  

Dr. Fornaris attended the University of South Florida, where he studied molecular biology.
