Born in Hawaii and raised in Vallejo, Kevin Cabugao received his BS in Genetics at the University of California at Davis and worked in biotechnology before refocusing his energies towards graduate school. While Kevin found his work in the pharmaceutical industry rewarding, he felt unsatisfied with his career and sought an education that would best complement his enthusiasm for helping others with his understanding of the sciences. With this intention, he received his MBA from California State University East Bay and DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Currently, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association as a member of the Board of Component Relations and has served as the former President of the Napa/Solano Dental Society.
When away from the office, Kevin enjoys listening to music, snowboarding and honing his martial arts as a 4th degree Kajukenbo black belt with over 30 years of experience! Dr. John DiPonziano has been performing the surgical placement and prosthetic restoration of dental implants since the mid-eighties.
Prior to attending dental school, Dr. DiPonziano was a full-time dental technician and earned Certified Dental Technician status, which he still maintains today. Dr. DiPonziano performs many of the implant laboratory procedures himself and is well versed in all aspects of the implant treatment picture – from the laboratory planning phase to surgery and prosthetic restoration.

Dr. DiPonziano has served as President of the New Jersey Academy of General Dentistry in 2003.

As an associate dentist, Dr. Schexnayder provides exceptional dental care for her patients including fillings and cleanings, along with assisting in complex treatment planning and surgical cases. She is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry and completed her Dental Post-Bachelor program at San Francisco State University. Her research in Parental Functional Health has been published in the Journal of the California Dental Association, and she is an active member of the Contra Costa Dental Society.
When she’s not creating beautiful, healthy smiles at Le Chabot Dental, Dr. Schexnayder spends her time with her new husband baking, hiking and swimming. She is also an avid reader of fantasy novels such as Harry Potter and The Belgariad.
Dr. Andy Le is a board-certified dental implant specialist with over 20 years of dentistry and oral surgery experience. From single dental implants and implant-supported dentures, to full mouth restoration and reconstruction, Dr. Le utilizes the most advanced technology and surgical techniques to achieve the best results for his patients. He believes the key to ensuring the best results for his patients start with good communication and setting realistic expectations.

Dr. Le is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology and Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID), a designation of the highest level of competency in implant dentistry. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and received his Master of Oral Implantology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas-School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Le earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Dr. Steve Deng is a Bay Area native, growing up in the East Bay. He completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA and his dental degree at NYU College of Dentistry. Having aligned clinical views and studies as Dr. Loo, he joined her practice as an associate in 2020.
Dr. Deng’s passion for dentistry stems back to when he was young and knew this would be his dream career. His mission is to provide comprehensive dental services to all patients in an environment that is safe, reassuringly pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Steve Deng continuously seeks out training and professional development opportunities that allow him to remain aware and knowledgeable about new dental practices and the latest technology being considered or used.
In his free time, Dr. Deng enjoys traveling, hiking around the Bay Area, eating yummy foods, snowboarding in the sierras, and being a puggle dad.
Dr. Wenli Loo is a general and cosmetic dentist in San Francisco and San Ramon, CA. Dr. Loo has been practicing dentistry for 20 years. She completed her dental education at the New York University School of Dentistry in 2002. She continued her studies by completing a residency at the Veteran’s Affairs Hospital. Dr.Loo keeps current with the latest technology and finds continuing education very important. Dr. Megan Constant grew up in Cupertino, where she attended Monta Vista High School. She completed her undergraduate work at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, graduating with a degree in Biology and worked as a dental assistant for four years. Dr. Megan went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Pacific Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She then worked for a year as a general dentist in Palo Alto and Sunnyvale before moving to Atlanta, GA to continue her education in the field of Orthodontics. After completing a 36-month orthodontic residency at the Georgia School of Orthodontics, she moved back to California to fulfill her dream of one day practicing with her father, Dr. David Constant, who has been an Orthodontist in Cupertino and Palo Alto for over 30 years. Dr. Megan feels extremely lucky to be practicing with her father, and lifelong mentor, back in her hometown today.
Dr. Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, a local firefighter, and daughter Olivia. Dr. Megan and her husband love cooking and adventuring outside with their daughter. They can be found out on the lake in the Summer, skiing on the mountain in the Winters, and on the beaches of Hawaii for their annual trip with their families.

Dr. Samantha Mohan became passionate about dentistry after volunteering in rural clinics in Vietnam. She is an empath and feels strongly that she was born to use her calming presence and patience to provide a better experience for those with dental anxiety. As a child, she had an impacted canine and underwent many dental procedures. She was scared to go to the dentist and understands the anxiety it can cause. She takes pride in providing a delicate approach to dentistry.
She has always been an artist and uses these skills in dentistry to make dental work look seamless with natural teeth. Dr. Mohan is an expert in cosmetic dentistry and loves utilizing the latest technologies and minimally invasive techniques to provide beautiful results. She is passionate about taking a holistic approach to dentistry and takes special consideration for how systemic conditions contribute to the mouth.
She grew up in the bay area; attended University of the Pacific in San Francisco for dental school, and now lives in San Carlos with her husband and puppy. Dr. Mohan regularly exceeds the dental board’s annual required amount of continuing education courses and loves attending conferences with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She is a huge Warriors fan, loves skiing in Tahoe and trying out new cooking recipes.
Dr. Kian Farzaneh DDS is an accomplished oral surgeon, wisdom teeth specialist, and dental implant specialist in Danville, California.
At his practice, Dr. Farzaneh cares for patients using the latest advances in oral and maxillofacial surgery. These include Nobel Guide, which is a CT-guided implant planning and placement technology, and "Teeth in an Hour," a service that helps people who need immediate dental implants. He is one of the few surgeons trained in placement of the Zygomatic Implants, a procedure that eliminates the need for bone grafts in severely resorbed jaws.

Cary Bishop, DDS, is one of the experienced dentists in the team at Peninsula Dental Excellence located in Mountain View, California. His talents in general, cosmetic, and reconstructive dentistry meet the varied needs of his patients.
Born and raised in Los Altos, California. Dr. Bishop attended the University of California, Santa Barbara for his undergraduate career and earned a degree with Honors in Biological Sciences. He helped Hughes Aircraft Company integrate computer graphics into their Manufacturing Technology Program in Los Angeles for one year before attending the University of California, San Francisco for dental school. Immediately after graduating, he moved back to Los Altos to practice dentistry with his father, Roger Bishop, and has been there ever since.
Dr. Bishop provides patient-centered dental care for many longtime patients, families, and friends. He enjoys working with the team at Peninsula Dental Excellence and the talented dental specialists in the area. He understands that every patient is unique and works hard to make sure his patients’ needs and expectations are met.
Outside of the office, Dr. Bishop enjoys skiing, cycling, triathlons, and wakeboarding with his wife, daughter, and two sons.
Jeff Yoshihara, DDS, is one of the highly-skilled dental surgeons that leads the team at Peninsula Dental Excellence located in Mountainview, California. He specializes in general, cosmetic, and reconstructive dentistry to meet the varied needs of his patients.
Dr. Yoshihara, known by his patients as Dr. Jeff, was born and raised in Union City, California. He chose to stay local and attended the University of California, Berkeley, for his undergraduate career. He earned a degree in integrative biology at UC Berkeley and relocated to Southern California to attend the UCLA School of Dentistry in Los Angeles. After graduating, Dr. Jeff decided to move back to the Bay Area and has been practicing as a general dentist ever since.
Dr. Jeff believes that patient education, understanding, and comfort are just as important as the quality of dentistry one receives, which is why he takes the time to discuss and review all treatment options with his patients. Dr. Jeff's goal is to work collaboratively with patients and design treatment plans that best meet each individual's needs.
