Rachel Bognet, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in performing Mohs surgery for skin cancer. Dr. Bognet is a kind and compassionate member of the team at CSC Steil Dermatology, serving the western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago with offices conveniently located in Hinsdale and Downers Grove, Illinois.
Dr. Bognet obtained her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. She then completed her internship at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Dr. Bognet went on to complete a rigorous residency program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Apichai is a board-certified dermatopathologist and anatomic pathologist. She joined Clear Skin Dermatology as their in-house dermatopathologist in 2016. Dr. Apichai draws on her extensive dermatopathology experience to provide accurate diagnoses, which helps the practice's clinicians identify the best course of treatment for our patients. In each case she utilizes the clinical history, description of the lesion, and clinical picture(s) along with the histology to develop clear cut and precise pathology reports. Dr. Apichai strongly believes in a collaborative team approach to patient care and works closely with the practice's clinicians to discuss complex cases to ensure a precise diagnosis. Dr. Apichai is also an expert in laboratory development and management and was instrumental in establishing the practice's in-house read only laboratory and serves as the laboratory’s director. Her expertise, direction, and attention to detail ensures our laboratory delivers the highest quality dermatopathology slides and patient care.
Dr. Apichai received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago with the highest distinction from the honors program and earned her medical degree through the University's College of Medicine's prestigious Guaranteed Professional Program Admissions in 2005. After fulfilling her residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of Illinois Medical Center, Dr. Apichai traveled to Dallas, Texas, to complete her fellowship in dermatopathology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Her professional affiliations include the American College of Pathologists, American Academy of Dermatology, Chicago Dermatological Society, Chicago Medical Society, and American Society of Dermatopathology. Dr. Apichai has coauthored and collaborated in several publications and medical presentations. She is an avid reader and is up to date on the latest findings and advancements in dermatopathology.
Dr. Apichai and her husband are the proud parents to 4 children. During her free time, she enjoys traveling internationally, skiing, and hiking.
Rany Jazayerli, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and a fellow of both the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons. He leads Clear Skin Dermatology with locations in St. Charles, Oak Park, and Sycamore, Illinois.
Dr. Jazayerli graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He then received his medical degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Jazayerli went on to complete his internship at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, Michigan, and his dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
At his practice, Dr. Jazayerli enjoys treating skin diseases of all types in patients of all ages. He has a particular interest in skin cancer treatment and wart removal. He also uses phototherapy and advanced biologic therapies to treat psoriasis, vitiligo, eczema, and other conditions. Dr. Jazayerli has an expanding interest in various cosmetic treatments, including Botox®, Xeomin®, Juvederm®, Radiesse®, and microneedling. Clear Skin Dermatology also offers the Varilite laser to treat unwanted blood vessels and the LightSheer Duet laser to treat unwanted hair.
Dr. Jazayerli is also a nationally-recognized sportswriter, who co-founded Baseball Prospectus as a first-year medical student in 1996, and has been a contributing author on 14 different books. He has published articles for The New York Times, The Washington Post, and ESPN.com, and he has been featured in publications including Sports Illustrated, The Chicago Tribune and Sun-Times, The Daily Herald, the Kansas City Star, the Baltimore Sun, the Orlando Sun-Sentinel, and other newspapers. He was a staff writer for Grantland, a subsidiary of ESPN, and has made several TV appearances on MLB Network. He is currently a contributor for The Ringer and The Athletic.
When Dr. Jazayerli is not busy treating patients at Clear Skin Dermatology or working as a sportswriter, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Belsam Kashlan, a dentist who has a private practice in Detroit, Michigan, and their four daughters.

Jonith Breadon, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and a lifelong resident of Chicago, serving patients at Aesthetic Dermatology and Laser Surgery, located in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Breadon completed her undergraduate degree from Stritch School of Medicine - Loyola University Chicago. She completed her internship in medicine at Cook County Hospital. She then completed her first residency in Emergency Medicine with the University of Illinois Hospital, where she also served as Chief Resident. She then went on to complete a second residency in dermatology at Howard University in Washington, DC. She is also a lecturer and injection instructor for several companies – including Valeant, Medicis’ Perlane, and Dysport – where she teaches other physicians proper cosmetic injection techniques.
Dr. Breadon shares her expertise as a media consultant for local and national television news broadcasts, as well as appearing on the Oprah Winfrey Show as a guest expert consultant. She is also a speaker at national and international dermatology conferences.
Dr. Breadon is dual board certified. She holds certification from the American Board of Dermatology in addition to the American College of Emergency Medicine. She is the former president of the Chicago Dermatological Society, and past vice president of the Chicago Dermatologic Society. Her professional affiliations include membership to several prestigious medical organizations, including The American Society for the Dermatologic Surgery American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, The Association of Academic Dermatologic Surgeons, The Dermatology Foundation, National Medical Association, The Skin of Color Society, and Women's Dermatologic Society.
Dr. Breadon has also done volunteer work at the Baraka Medical Clinic in Kenya, as well as volunteering her dermatological services at a free clinic in Chicago’s North-West Side, and numerous skin cancer screenings.
Neill T. Peters, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Peters completed both his undergraduate and medical school training at the University of Michigan. He received the William B. Taylor Senior Medical Student Award for Excellence in Dermatology. After completing a preliminary year of training in Internal Medicine at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, he returned to the University of Michigan for his Dermatology training. He was selected as the Chief Resident and served as the Melanoma Fellow in the Multidisciplinary Melanoma clinic in the final year of his residency. He received the Duncan O. Poth Award for Excellence in Dermatologic Research.
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Peters is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. He has received multiple teaching awards and received the Founders Award from the Chicago Dermatological Society recognizing Excellence in Clinical Dermatology and Teaching in 2009. He was ranked by US News and World Report as a Top Dermatologist in Chicago in 2012. He has been cited in Consumer Checkpoint magazine as one of Chicago’s Top Dermatologists. Top Tier MD has also recognized Dr. Peters as one of the highest rated Dermatologists in Chicago.
Dr. Peters’ clinical interests include non-invasive skin rejuvenation and the management of acne, eczema, psoriasis, pregnancy-related dermatoses, and autoimmune diseases. Dr. Peters has a special interest in skin cancer screening, prevention, and management.
