Rebecca Satoskar, MD, is an experienced board-certified dermatologist. She serves as the medical director at Integrated Dermatology of Fairfax in Fairfax, Virginia.
Dr. Satoskar grew up in Minnesota alongside the Mississippi River. She graduated as the valedictorian of her high school class and went on to attend the University of Notre Dame in Indiana for her undergraduate work. There, she studied pre-med, completed an honors thesis in psychology, and graduated summa cum laude.
She then attended the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in Illinois, where she was elected into Alpha Omega Alpha, an honor signifying a lasting commitment to scholarship, leadership, professionalism, and service, which no more than 15% of all medical students achieve. Dr. Satoskar also received the American Medical Women’s Association Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation, which is awarded to women in the top 10% of the graduating class.
Dr. Satoskar completed her internship in internal medicine at the University of Chicago in Illinois and her dermatology residency at the University of California — Los Angeles and the University of Chicago. After completing her training, Dr. Satoskar was in private practice and served on faculty at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.
In 2009, Dr. Satoskar moved to the Washington, DC, area and has been active in the local dermatology community since. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and a member of the Washington DC Dermatological Society.
When not in the office, Dr. Satoskar is an avid student of vinyasa yoga and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Kelley Pagliai Redbord, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, skin cancer, dermatologic surgery, cosmetic surgery, hyperhidrosis, and laser medicine. She serves patients at Integrated Dermatology of Fairfax in Fairfax, Virginia.
Dr. Redbord is in the office several Thursdays each month performing Mohs surgery and complex excisions for skin cancer.
Born and raised in Maryland, Dr. Redbord received her Bachelor of Science at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, where she graduated cum laude, and her medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland.
After completing her dermatology residency as chief resident at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio, Dr. Redbord was accepted as a fellow in Mohs micrographic surgery and procedural dermatology at the Laser and Skin Surgery Center of Indiana in Indianapolis under the mentorship of Dr. C. William Hanke.
Dr. Redbord is an active member and holds leadership roles in the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Medical Association, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American College of Mohs Surgery, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, the Washington, D.C. Dermatologic Society, and the International Hyperhidrosis Society. She is an associate clinical professor of dermatology at The George Washington University.
Dr. Redbord has presented original research at local and national conferences and written many articles on topics such as skin cancer, injectable fillers, photodynamic therapy, liposuction, facial nerve blocks, anesthesia, and laser medicine. Dr. Redbord has testified before governmental bodies, including the Food and Drug Administration, and has met with members of Congress in support of numerous dermatological issues.
When Dr. Redbord is not practicing dermatology, you can probably find her running. She's completed 29 marathons and counting!
Cheryl Bansal, MD is a premiere dermatologist, surgeon, and founder of Medical & Aesthetic Dermatology. She provides central Maryland with the latest medical technologies and expert dermatologic services. From medical to cosmetic procedures, Dr. Bansal takes the time to make sure each patient’s experience with her practice is one of satisfaction and education. Before becoming the youngest board-certified dermatologist the year she graduated, Dr. Bansal was accepted into the prestigious combined BA/MD program at Lehigh University and Drexel University College of Medicine, and completed her undergraduate studies in three years. She completed her Dermatology residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, where she was elected Academic Chief Resident.
Dr. Bansal's research has been published in academic and medical journals around the world, and she has helped with humanitarian efforts in hospitals and clinics around the world. Dr. Bansal has also worked with the Baltimore Orioles to promote skin cancer awareness and sun safety.
Since opening her private practice in 2011, Dr. Bansal has gone on to expand the practice to include several mid-level providers and a cosmetic nurse under her leadership, as well as a fully trained staff to help with patient needs. She provides a full range of dermatologic, medical, cosmetic, and surgical services to patients of all ages, including pediatric, disabled, and elderly dermatologic care. Dr. Bansal dedicates her time to building her practice to best serve her patients and the Howard County community.
Dr. Bansal lives in Ellicott City with her husband and two children.
Dr. Wang graduated with an A.B. in American Studies and English from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She received her M.D. from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed her internship in Internal Medicine and her residency in Dermatology at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
Dr. Wang brings unparalleled focus in cutaneous oncology. She has authored numerous publications and spoken nationally in her area of expertise. Dr. Wang is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and Maryland Dermatologic Society (MDS).
Dr. Wang was only one of nine medical dermatologists named “Top Doc” by Baltimore Magazine in November 2016.
