Dr. Spingarn takes an individualized approach to treating all conditions involving the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck, such as pain or discomfort in the ears, nose, mouth, throat, and other areas in the head and neck region; respiratory and food allergies; difficulty with balance, hearing, breathing, swallowing, smelling, tasting and snoring; and treatment or removal of lesions involving the skin or under the skin of the head and neck.
