The nurse practitioner I see is always professional with positive energy, jovial, upbeat and thoroughly excited to hear from me and excited about my progress and clear about my future regarding my health. I always feel seen, heShow moreard, and met by her in all aspects that someone really wants and needs from a medical provider. Being a nurse myself I know that it’s hard to take care of other nurses and that we can be a challenging population to manage but I didn’t feel any frustration or irritation with my questions comments or concerns. The front desk staff have all been great which is rare and often my first deterrent when I’m considering a new provider as the first call and moments you first walk into an office can say a lot about the care you are going to receive. My only challenges are: 1. Sometimes it’s hard to get a live person on the phone and sometimes the calls go straight to a voicemail so being patient with call backs can be frustrating at times although I’ve seen a huge improvement with the phone system compared to when I started going to this provider. 2. They prefer you to get your labs and ultrasounds done with them which can be frustrating when you have a preference to go to an outside lab or radiology office for your imaging. This causes me some anxiety as I fear higher copayments, deductibles, and don’t have a choice in the matter. 3. They always have you fill out your insurance information and sign a payment agreement every time you come in no matter if you were seen two days in a row or a month or two later. I hate paperwork that is redundant but it’s more an annoying pet peeve than a major factor in choosing a provider.

My husband is a doctor and he has referred several of his patient’s to see Dr. Condon because he trusts his expertise in the field of endocrinology. Not only are the practitioners very in knowledgeable in their field but they also take the time to talk to you and answer any questions you may have. You never feel rushed and the practice operates effectively and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with my care in the hands of Dr. Condon. He is truly a GEM of a doctor and a human being.
