Dr. Bradley has roots in North Carolina. Her family is from Chapel Hill, & accordingly she attended UNC-Chapel Hill for both undergraduate & graduate schools where she studied sports psychology & exercise physiology. After attending medical school at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, she came back to NC to complete her residency training in family medicine in Greenville at the East Carolina School of Medicine. She graduated in 1998 & then started private practice in Asheville, North Carolina.
Dr. Bradley concentrated her career on managing multiple diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, & hypercholesterolemia as well as mood disorders of all kinds. She emphasizes total health, encouraging healthy behaviors including proper diet, exercise, & sleep. In March 2025 Dr. Bradley transitioned from seeing patients in a direct patient care scenario into the role of Medical Director, allowing her to be more broadly involved by mentoring, teaching and inspiring the practices midlevel providers. While she is not currently seeing an open patient schedule or accepting new patients, as Medical Director she is able to provide oversight and support to our entire patient population with her expansive knowledge, experience & expertise.

Dr. Devlin Cole runs a specialty clinic for hypermobile EDS, POTS, and dysautonomia patients. She acts as a connector between her patient's primary care providers and a wide variety of specialists, as part of a network of EDS-aware specialists and disciplines here in Asheville. Her clinic runs on Wednesday and Friday mornings, with her amazing team of Medical Assistants, Tori and Addie.
Dr. Cole also sees teenagers, and in her time outside of clinic, she is developing a lecture series for adolescents to learn about how their body works. Her training includes a BA from Bowdoin College, an MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, an internship in Pediatrics at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children, and an MPH from University of California San Diego.

Jose Mendez, DO, brings over twenty years of experience as a physician to his practice at Dermatology Consultants of Asheville in Woodfin, North Carolina. He has experience in varied areas, including dermatology, dermatologic surgery, wound care, critical care, primary care, and research. Dr. Mendez has over thirteen years of specialized experience in general dermatology and Mohs surgery.
Dr. Mendez earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is board-certified in dermatology by the American Board of Physician Specialties and is a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Mendez is also board-certified in geriatric care and family medicine. He is fluent in English and Spanish, which enables him to connect with more patients.
Dr. Mendez served as a voluntary Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He has also served as a Clinical Professor for Internal Medicine and Dermatology with the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and Clinical Professor for the Department of Dermatology Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Mendez has served as the principal investigator for several dermatology research trials.
