After receiving his medical degree at Pennsylvania State College of Medicine, Dr. Epps completed an anesthesiology residency and fellowship in interventional pain management at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Epps is board certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain management and has excelled in several roles throughout his career, including serving as a medical officer in the U.S. Navy caring for our servicemen at home and abroad during three combat deployments. Latasha Burgess, MD, is an experienced family physician and the Medical Director at Personal Touch Medical Center, located in Fairburn, Georgia. She revels in the opportunity to share her acquired skills and medical expertise with individuals living in and around Fulton County.
Dr. Burgess earned her Bachelor of Science from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1994. Sabina Lazar is a board-certified physician assistant at the Pain Care, LLC, locations in Stockbridge and Griffin, Georgia.
Sabina received her Bachelor of Science degree in diagnostic medical sonography from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas, and had a 15-year career performing sonograms in a variety of settings prior to becoming a PA. She received her Master of Science degree from Murphy Deming College of Health Science-Mary Baldwin University in Staunton, Virginia.
