Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 25 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.

His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Felician University, then completed her Masters in Science in Nursing at Fairleigh Dickinson University before completing Dermatology training for three years at Advanced Laser and Skin Cancer Center under Dr. Gangaram Ragi. She is a member of the National Nursing Honors Society and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. Olesya is also fluent in Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian.

Prashanth Mannam, MD, has over 20 years of experience as an internist and primary care provider. He offers patient-focused care to patients aged 12 and older at Mannam Medical & Wellness in the Soundview neighborhood of The Bronx in New York City. 

Dr. Mannam completed his training in medicine in Madras, India. He earned his medical degree at the Madras Medical College and served his internship at the Madras Medical College General Hospital. 

After spending a year honing his skills as a primary care physician at Kommalapati Nursing Home in Ongole, India, he moved to the United States, where he completed his internal medicine residency at New York’s Montefiore North Medical Center in The Bronx. He has since become a member of the American Medical Association and is board-certified in internal medicine.
