Rulon Owen, DO, is a board-certified osteopathic family physician and senior medical examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration at Las Vegas Family Medicine, located in the Lone Mountain neighborhood of Las Vegas. The seeds of his future success as a physician were sown early on during his days as a student.
Dr. Owen finished high school a full year ahead of his class and was named to the Who’s Who Among American High School students and the Who’s Who Among Rising Young Americans. He attended Utah State University in Logan, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology. Dr. Owen received a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his postdoctoral training with a rotating internship at Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa.
Despite his rigorous studies, Dr. Owen always found time to participate in numerous student groups, including Sigma Sigma Phi, the osteopathic honor fraternity, the student chapter of the American College of General Practitioners in Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, where he served as president and secretary, the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity and the Alpha Epsilon Delta Premedical Honor Society.

Board-certified physician assistant and SDPA diplomate fellow Spencer Meier, MPAS, PA-C, has been practicing dermatology since graduating from Touro University Nevada in Henderson in 2011. Spencer is passionate about helping patients achieve healthier skin and is proud to serve Las Vegas, Nevada, as part of the team at Vivida Dermatology. He believes that having healthier skin increases confidence, self-esteem, and quality of life.
Spencer has received exceptional training from numerous board-certified dermatologists and Mohs micrographic surgeons in both general surgical dermatology. He prides himself on keeping up with the latest developments in dermatology by attending multiple conferences yearly, which are held by some of the most well-respected dermatologists in the country.

She played a key role in establishing Cleft-Craniofacial Clinics and assisting hospitals in obtaining national certification for specialized teams in New York and Nebraska. Naz Wahab, MD, is a board-certified family practitioner and wound care specialist, serving patients in the Las Vegas, Nevada community at Wound Care Experts.
In 2000, she graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School Of Medicine in Pembroke Pines, Florida. She completed her internship and residency at Ascension Providence Hospital, Southfield Campus. She is a fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association and has been practicing wound care and hyperbaric medicine for more than 10 years in the Las Vegas Valley.
Dr. Wahab serves as the medical director for the Mountain View Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center in Las Vegas and the medical director of inpatient wound care for Dignity Health hospitals. She is an active member of many wound care and hyperbaric organizations, including the American Professional Wound Care Association, Association for the Advancement of Wound Care, European Wound Management Association, and Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society. Currently, she is an active committee member on the Alliance of Wound Care Stakeholders and participates in multiple educational committees for wound healing.
