Dr. Noel went to college at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, earning her Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. After graduation, she enrolled at the University of Pikeville in Kentucky and obtained her Doctor of Osteopathy. She completed a residency at Kettering Health Dayton (formerly Grandview Medical Center) in Ohio. 

Dr. Noel is trained in all aspects of neurology, but she has a special interest in sleep medicine.
