Alexandra Riguero, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Dermatology of Miami in Miami and Miami Lakes, Florida. After earning her Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami, Alexandra went on to complete her Master of Medical Science degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Physician Assistant Program, graduating with honors. Her early career included hands-on experience in aesthetic plastic surgery and family medicine, giving her a well-rounded foundation in both cosmetic procedures and holistic patient care.
As part of the dermatology team at Dermatology of Miami, Alexandra is passionate about patient-centered care and believes in a collaborative, team-based approach to dermatologic health. She is skilled in diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, rosacea, and skin cancer, and she performs thorough skin cancer screenings.
Alexandra also has advanced training in cosmetic dermatology and offers services such as Botox® and other neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, vein removal, and laser hair removal.

With more than four decades as a primary care physician, Richard Reines, MD, brings the highest level of experience and skill to his work at AssociatesMD in Dania Beach, Florida. Dr. Reines is board-certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine, and he welcomes patients from all age groups.
Dr. Reines earned his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He went on to complete his internship and residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital, the main teaching hospital for the University of Miami in Miami, Florida.
In addition to treating patients in the Dania Beach office of AssociatesMD, Dr. Reines is affiliated with Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida.
