Dr. Kenna Schnarr is dual-boarded in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Family Medicine, bringing a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to women’s health. Originally from a small town with very few doctors, Dr. Schnarr values strong patient relationships and continuity of care. With training across both primary care and women’s health, Dr. Schnarr is committed to delivering comprehensive, holistic care to women at every stage of life — what she describes as “womb to tomb.”
She earned her medical degree with clinical honors from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, where she also completed a fellowship teaching anatomy and pathology to medical students alongside continuing breast cancer research. Prior to medical school, she earned a Master’s in stem cell and cancer biology, with research focused on using stem cells to treat triple negative breast cancer. Dr. Schnarr has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and is passionate about mentoring, medical education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Outside of medicine, she enjoys fitness, culinary exploration, international travel, and spending time with her spouse, family, and friends.
Wayne Dysinger, MD, MPH
Wayne is an Inland Empire native, having been born and raised in Loma Linda and Yucaipa. He completed medical school at Loma Linda University, followed by a Family Medicine Residency at Florida Hospital, and a Preventive Medicine Residency back at Loma Linda. He has worked in Guam, Atlanta and New Hampshire prior to returning to Loma Linda University as Chair of the Preventive Medicine Department in 2003. Wayne has an international reputation as a leader in the field of Lifestyle Medicine, having served as President of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and as an international consultant in the area. He is also the Medical Director of the Lifestyle Medicine Institute, and a Professor at Loma Linda University. He is passionate about treating what is really causing health problems, not just putting Band-Aids on superficial issues.
