Estrella Vega, MD, is a board-certified family medicine and geriatric physician. With more than 12 years of experience treating patients of all ages, Dr. Vega delivers comprehensive care to residents in the community of Apopka, Florida, at I Am Healthy. Jason Salagubang, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in family medicine, who is also fellowship-trained in geriatrics. With a deep passion for wellness, Dr. Salagubang delivers exceptional care to patients throughout Apopka, Florida, and its surrounding communities at his practice, which is aptly named I Am Healthy.
Dr. Salagubang has always loved sunny skies and warm weather, so it’s no surprise that he chose Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California, for medical school. He later relocated to Florida and completed his residency at Florida Hospital Medical Center.

Board-certified family medicine physician Francis Kane, MD, was born and raised in Sebring, Florida, where he established his Precision First Healthcare practice.
Dr. Kane's educational journey began at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he earned his Bachelor of Science. He then completed the Clinical Clerkship Graduate Certificate Program at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami.
He graduated magna cum laude with his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the American College of Antigua College of Medicine in Osbourn, Antigua and Barbuda. Dr. Kane then attended the Family Medicine Residency Training Program at AdventHealth Sebring in Florida, where he became the chief resident. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
Dr. Kane plans to establish multiple clinical practices throughout Sebring and Highlands County, bringing quality health care to the area and giving back to the community where he grew up.
