Dr. Lenore Everson has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare profession. She has a true passion for medicine and for improving the lives of her patients during the most difficult times of their lives.
Dr. Everson is the founder and Director of the University of Minnesota Breast Center and is on the faculty of the University of Minnesota Center for Magnetic Resonance Imaging. She co-founded Steady State Imaging, a medical imaging company that created a new paradigm in magnetic resonance imaging. She is also certified in Suboxone treatment.
When not hard at work making a positive impact in the lives of her patients, Dr. Everson enjoys spending time with her family and her Bernese mountain dog, Angelo. She is also an avid cyclist and golfer and, as a former member of the crew team at Notre Dame, and continues to row with the Notre Dame Masters and Long Lake Rowing Club.

Dr. Spano is excited to establish his family practice in Wabasha. He earned a strong following in Lake City during his time with Mayo Clinic Health System. Along with caring for his patients, he served in many leadership capacities, including chief of staff and medical director for various healthcare services. He continues to provide medical direction for Lake City Ambulance.
Dr. Spano is a strong advocate for personalized, patient-centered care. He enjoys a full scope practice that offers enhanced continuity of care. His heart is in family medicine and he values the opportunity to help his patients protect and preserve their health and well-being.
He is a family man, married for 30 years with four grown children. Dr. Spano and his family, including goats, dogs, chickens, and rabbits, live on a hobby farm outside of Lake City.
Patricia (Patty) Ringer is a Board-Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner from Wichita, KS. She graduated from Wichita State University most recently in 2008 with her Master of Science in Nursing. Ms. Ringer is happy to provide telehealth care to patients all over the US and Internationally. Her goal is to make her patients feel comfortable seeking care for illness, wellness, and mental health services. Ms. Ringer aspires to allow her patients to feel heard and provide competent compassionate care. One of her greatest achievements is being a mother. She strives to be a role model not only for her children but for others every day. Ms. Ringer takes pride in leadership roles both in her personal and professional lives. When she is not taking care of patients, she likes to spend time doing crafts, time with family and friends and seeking out new adventures on the road.
Being an advanced practiced registered nurse provides me an opportunity to evaluate, treat and manage patient care throughout the lifespan, while committing to lifelong learning and being part of a collaborative team. I maintain ethical practices and feel confident about effective and quality communication. I received a Master's Degree in Nursing from Walden University and have 3.5 years of experience treating patients in clinic settings across the lifespan for a variety of diseases as well as emergency and urgent care settings.
