Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 25 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.
He acts as the practice’s medical director, encouraging his team to provide the best skin care services in the area. He focuses on general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable fillers.
Dr. Onorato completed his undergraduate studies at Adelphi University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
He then graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center at Brooklyn (Downstate Medical Center) with Distinction in Research and Cum Laude honors.
He completed his internship at the University of Rochester-Strong Memorial Hospital in Internal Medicine, and then moved on to complete his dermatology residency, as Chief Resident, at Downstate Medical Center.
Dr. Onorato is committed to using the latest dermatology techniques, and remains active in the field. He’s a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of the State of New York, and a fellow of the Nassau County Medical Society.
Dr. Onorato furthers his involvement in the medical community by presenting at conferences, both nationally and internationally, and he’s been published in several dermatology journals.
He is currently a clinical professor for Yale and Columbia University’s nurse practitioner programs.

Michele Reed, DO, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician, public speaker, and best-selling author. She serves as the owner/medical director of MS Family Medicine Health Care, P.C., a holistic practice that is located in Garden City, Long Island. Recently, Dr. Michele was appointed as the first Health and Wellness Ambassador for Discover Long Island. Ben Klyachman, DO, MD, is a highly trained pain management physician at Ascend Regenerative Medicine in Manhasset, New York. He specializes in relieving both chronic and acute pain through advanced, evidence-based treatments.
Dr. Klyachman earned his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York, New York, where he also served on the Executive Board of the TouroCOM American Medical Association, demonstrating his early commitment to leadership and service in medicine. Dr. Klyachman completed his residency in physical medicine & rehabilitation and fellowship in pain management at the prestigious NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
