Matthew B. Nessetti, MD, Ph.D. is a Board Certified Family Physician AND a Board Certified Medical Psychologist & Psychopharmacologist. He serves as AllCare’s Medical Director.
He enjoys working with children, adults, and families. He is proud of his integrated focus on psychological and medical wellness and prevention.
Dr. Nessetti completed his training at The University of Nebraska (Psychology/Psychopharmacology) and Creighton University (Family Medicine). He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and was elected to Fellow Status in 2004 with the American Psychological Association.
He has served as president of a number of Medical and Psychological membership organizations. He serves as the director of training for students, interns, and residents at AllCare. He is a strong surgical proceduralist and conducts a wide variety of surgical services at AllCare.
Farah was born in Trinidad but is mainly a Florida native having lived here over 20 years. She completed her undergrad studies at the University of Central Florida and went on to complete her Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale.
Farah's first position as a Physician Assistant was with a clinic for the uninsured. She then took a position with Sarasota Memorial Hospital and spent 6 years practicing Internal Medicine. Farah is now focusing her career in Aesthetic Medicine. Her hope is to make patients feel better through health, wellness and aesthetic management. Farah is also an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Florida State University’s Physician Assistant Program.
Farah and Dr. Kalnoky have been married since 2015 and have three young children, a dog and one cat. In her spare time she can be found at one of the beautiful Florida beaches building sandcastles with the kids.
Dr. Dhaliwal has been practicing in the Pasco County area for close to 30 years, having joined MPM North Bay Hospital, New Port Richey, Florida, in 1997.
She earned her Medical Degree from the Government Medical College, Amritsar, in India, and completed Anesthesiology Residency Program at Long Island Jewish Hospital in New York City and Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.
Dr. Dhaliwal is board-certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists.
She also works as a General Practitioner in the Primary Care Walk-in Clinic from time to time to give coverage in both New Port Richey and Spring Hill offices.
Dr. Dhaliwal is soft-spoken, a good listener, and known for her charisma.
For her services, she was recognized as Physician of First Quarter of 2020 and, after serving as Surgery Department Chair for 4 years, Vice President for 4 years, and now elected as President of Medical Staff at MPM North Bay Hospital.
She enjoys her spare time with the family, watching Operas.
I was born in Cuba and have a Siamese twin sister who is also a medical physician. I trained in Belize at St. Matthew’s School of Medicine and also in Manchester, England. I graduated from UAB Family Residency program in 2006. I have been practicing in Florida for 13 years as an emergency room physician. I am board certified in family medicine with multiple accreditation's such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, NALS, and ATLS. I believe continuing medical education should be done constantly to stay up to date with all new research.

Ashley Perenich is a highly skilled Physician Assistant at the Spine Institute of Florida, where she works closely with Dr. Nicholas Perenich and the rest of the surgical team to provide exceptional care to patients. Ashley earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from University of South Florida’s Morsani College of Medicine and has since specialized in orthopedics and spine surgery.
As a Physician Assistant, Ashley is responsible for performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating injuries and illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and assisting in surgical procedures. She is passionate about helping patients understand their condition and treatment options, and works closely with them to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
Ashley is a member of several professional organizations, including the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in her field through continuing education and attending conferences and seminars.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, yoga, wakesurfing, and spending time with her husband, Dr. Nicholas Perenich, and their family.
