She received her associate degree in nursing from Antelope Valley College and both her bachelor’s and master’s degree from California State University, Bakersfield.
Julia’s scope of practice is focused on Family Practice, Acute and Chronic Care and her medical background includes over 20 years of experience in various fields of nursing including acute care facilities, assisting in cardiology, the emergency department, respiratory care, senior care facilities, medical surgical, stroke and telemetry units.
Julia’s life-long passion and desire has been to help in the community, providing compassionate care to patients while simultaneously educating her patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Bao Khanh Thai, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 13 years of experience. She serves patients at United Family Physicians in Glendora, California, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, with a special focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and senior care. Known for her compassionate and approachable style, Dr. Thai is dedicated to building long-term partnerships with her patients and their families.
Dr. Thai earned her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, and completed her internship and residency training at Pomona Valley Hospital, a UCLA-affiliated program. She is fluent in Vietnamese, allowing her to serve a diverse patient population and make quality healthcare more accessible to the community.
Through her affiliation with Emanate Health, Regal Medical Group, and Lakeside Community Healthcare, Dr. Thai’s patients benefit from access to leading hospitals, specialists, labs, imaging facilities, and chronic care support programs. Paul Moya, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been proudly serving Glendora, California, and the surrounding communities for more than 13 years. As part of United Family Physicians, Dr. Moya provides comprehensive care across all stages of life, with special expertise in preventive medicine, geriatric care, and the management of both acute and chronic medical conditions.

Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I am to deliver a high-quality care that utilizes the most recent advancements in medicine. I am especially interested in stress-related health issues and wellbeing including elderly care, women's health, and sports medicine and offer over years of experience. I earned my medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences and residency training at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center where I completed family medicine/geriatrics/women's health/sports medicine/hospital medicine/comfort care training. Later, I went on to inpatient/outpatient care at Pomona Valley Hospital and San Antonio Regional Hospital.
