Marni Troop (LMFT-A) is an Associate Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Marni spent the first half of her adult life as an educator before changing careers to pursue psychotherapy. She graduated with honors from Northcentral University (MAMFT) in 2022 already with nearly 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and families in community mental health. Marni has extensive experience working with teens and adults, couples and other relationships, Neurodivergence, LGBTQIIA+ (including family in need of learning how to support those in transition), parent education, and life transitions. Todd Halper, MD, is a board-certified primary care doctor and family medicine physician at Halper Family Medicine in Rockville Centre and Bayport, New York. Dr. Halper grew up watching his father treat patients in his community and form lasting relationships throughout their care. Today, he works hard at his private practice to take care of his patients as if they’re members of his own family and helps them avoid getting ill with preventive care.
Dr. Halper earned his degree in medicine from the University of the West Indies Faculty of Medicine St. Augustine in Trinidad. He then moved back to his home state of New York for a residency in family practice at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset. In 2009 during this residency, his outstanding communication skills and knowledge were recognized when he earned the Resident Teacher Award.

She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.
Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.
Casandra is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in family medicine. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2020. She has a bachelor's degree in nursing from SUNY EmpireState College and a master's degree from Mount Saint Mary College as a family nurse practitioner. Casandra has worked in critical care, emergency medicine, and surgerical services for over 30 years. During her time spent in the acute care setting, she developed a desire to help patients with their health before they fall ill. Casandra has a special interest in integrative health, anti-aging medicine, hormone replacement therapy, and weight loss with a focus on peptide therapy.

She graduated Summa cum laude from Bryant University’s Physician Assistant Program and was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society. Prior to PA school, Haley received a Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Education in Athletic Training. She is passionate about fitness & nutrition, and enjoys playing volleyball and going to the beach in her free time.
