Taylor Teixeira, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Connecticut. She received her master’s degree in Social Work from Western New Mexico University. She received her undergraduate degree from Central Connecticut State University, and is also a licensed elementary school teacher in the state of Connecticut. Taylor has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient therapeutic settings.
Taylor is passionate about working with children, adolescents, families, and adults on challenges with anxiety disorders, depression, grief, self-esteem, trauma and behavioral disorders. Taylor uses a combination of therapeutic interventions including: cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. Stacy is a Licensed Master Social Worker who received her Social Work degree from Sacred Heart University. She has committed her work to helping children, adolescents and families navigate life’s challenges. Over the last ten years, Stacy has worked in multiple settings including outpatient, inpatient and school settings. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents at The Institute of Living in Hartford and working with kids in crisis. She enjoys working with children, teens, and their families and is well versed in working with defiant or more behavioral kids. Her therapeutic approach works very well due to her ability to connect with kids that can be reactive and that struggle with emotional regulation. She develops behavioral plans and goals that are progressive so that over time, the difficult behaviors diminish and the child’s strengths shine through.
Stacy strives to be authentic and transparent with clients to establish trust. Therapy can be difficult especially for children and adolescents, for some, their ability to trust has been broken. Stacy is a strong therapist and has six children of her own, so she is a dedicated therapist who can flex with any situation. Marni Troop (LMFT-A) is an Associate Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Marni spent the first half of her adult life as an educator before changing careers to pursue psychotherapy. She graduated with honors from Northcentral University (MAMFT) in 2022 already with nearly 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and families in community mental health. Marni has extensive experience working with teens and adults, couples and other relationships, Neurodivergence, LGBTQIIA+ (including family in need of learning how to support those in transition), parent education, and life transitions. Marni is particularly interested in serving first responders, surgeons, lawyers, teachers and others in high-stress helping professions.

Todd Halper, MD, is a board-certified primary care doctor and family medicine physician at Halper Family Medicine in Rockville Centre and Bayport, New York. Dr. Halper grew up watching his father treat patients in his community and form lasting relationships throughout their care. Today, he works hard at his private practice to take care of his patients as if they’re members of his own family and helps them avoid getting ill with preventive care.
Dr. Halper earned his degree in medicine from the University of the West Indies Faculty of Medicine St. Augustine in Trinidad. He then moved back to his home state of New York for a residency in family practice at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset. In 2009 during this residency, his outstanding communication skills and knowledge were recognized when he earned the Resident Teacher Award.

Dr. Jurewicz earned his bachelor’s degree in brain, behavior, and cognitive sciences from Michigan University in 2007. He then went on to pursue his doctorate in medicine at Wayne State University, graduating in 2011. Following medical school, he received post-graduate training in general surgery, urology, and infertility around medical clinics in Miami, Florida, and New Hyde Park, New York.
He is certified by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.
Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.
Casandra is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in family medicine. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2020. She has a bachelor's degree in nursing from SUNY EmpireState College and a master's degree from Mount Saint Mary College as a family nurse practitioner. Casandra has worked in critical care, emergency medicine, and surgerical services for over 25 years. During her time spent in the acute care setting, she developed a desire to help patients with their health before they fall ill. Casandra has a special interest in integrative health, anti-aging medicine, hormone replacement therapy, and weight loss with a focus on peptide therapy.
When she has free time, she likes to be in the kitchen cooking.
Samantha Ortiz is our Co-Founder, Neurotoxin, Dermal Filler, and Aesthetics Specialist. She is a Registered Nurse specializing in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and facial and body rejuvenation. She brings an ambitious and driven attitude towards patient-centered care to the practice. Samantha has over 8 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She continually advances her education to ensure the use of the latest and most advanced treatment protocols. Additionally, Samantha is a Pediatric Nurse spending much of her time caring for children in need.
Samantha enjoys hiking, traveling, and doing volunteer work in her free time. She volunteers with Dr. Elaine Suderio with Healing the Children, an organization providing free surgical services to children in need all over the world. Samantha is committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes for all of her patients.
Michael G.
