Tiffany has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University Dominguez Hills, and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Long Beach State University. Tiffany is Board Certified as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical rotations during graduate school were at Saddleback Hospital with an emphasis in Cardiovascular, General ICU, and pulmonology. She is a member of the Association of Critical Care Nurses and Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. Tiffany keeps her heart healthy by living an active lifestyle, which includes rock climbing, hiking, and playing with her nieces. She believes positive outcomes are achieved through the collaborative efforts of patients, health care providers, and families; Tiffany approaches each patient as if she were treating family, focusing on the whole patient.
Bertrand de Silva, M.D., F.C.C.P. is a graduate of the St. Thomas Hospital Medical School, University of London, England 1986. He completed his Internship at Kern Medical Center, Bakersfield and Internal Medicine training at USC County Hospital, Los Angeles and a Pulmonary, Critical
Care and Sleep Fellowship at Cedars Sinai Hospital. He is board certified in all these fields.
He currently resides in Yorba Linda, California with his lovely wife and two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling abroad and spending time with his family.
